The hotel is conveniently located near Al Rigga metro station, making it easy to explore the city. It is also next to a bustling food street, offering a wide variety of dining options. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with separate toilet, shower, and tub areas in the bathroom. The staff provides excellent service and goes above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay.

The breakfast selection was limited, with a shortage of fruits on display, as mentioned in one of the reviews.

The hotel exceeded our expectations with the early check-in, comfortable rooms, and convenient location for shopping and dining. The pool area provided a peaceful place to relax, and the staff were accommodating. The apartment size was great for families, with a full kitchen and ample space. Access to transportation was easy, with the metro and taxis nearby.

I had a excellent stay at this hotel. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The staff were not only accommodating but also very professional, providing a friendly and efficient check-in and check-out process. The location was ideal, as it was in the middle of the city and close to famous landmarks, making it convenient to explore nearby restaurants and cafes without the need for a car or taxi. The hotel facilities were great, with spacious lobby and rooms, a modern fitness center, and a wide range of eateries and shops all around. the hotel provided a warm welcome with a refreshing drink upon arrival.

the swimming pool was stunning and the room was equipped with exclusive facilities such as a private balcony with a breathtaking view. the staff was friendly, cooperative, and always willing to help. the centrally located venue also made it easy to explore the area.

The only minor issue I faced was the slow service at the restaurant during peak hours. Other than that, everything was perfect.

We arrived late at night and unfortunately had to wait for 40 minutes at the reception due to a confirmation issue. the hotel staff compensated for the inconvenience by upgrading our room to a spacious one. The gym, although small, was clean and had a fine view of the city. the complimentary Wi-Fi, although limited to three connections, was mostly reliable.
